BATIK

_DSC4130.JPG

We have developed a Livelihood Empowerment project along with a local lady Madam Esther that teaches young women how to Batik and tie-die material to make a variety of cloth. This helps young women to develop valuable skills that they can use to support their future.

Raw, natural cotton is processed with wax, stamps, brushes and a variety of other tools to create unique pieces showcasing different colours, patterns and histories.

Please get in touch if you wish to purchase some of the cloth!
